Kingdom Hearts is an action role-playing video game made at the headquarters of Nintendo, Square Enix, and Disney Interactive Studios. Tetsuya Nomura, one of the greatest video game directors, created Kingdom Hearts. Many other fan favorite games like final fantasy VII.

In this game you follow the protagonist Sora a young boy who is from an isolated placed called Destiny Island, which he and his two best friends Riku and Kairi called home. Sora wishes he can go explore other worlds with his friends. He wish came true one day when his home world was destroyed and he was sent to another world to be separated from his friends. He ends up in a new place called Traverse Town and this is where his journey begins since he meet Donald and Goofy. Donald and Goofy were sent to a keyblade wielder by King Mickey. The keyblade wielder is this powerful person who can defeat the heartless and can protect the hearts of people and worlds. In Kingdom Hearts a heart is not an organ but more of a spiritual thing that represents good and evil in a human or world. This is why it is important one must not become full of darkness because they will turn into a heartless who is somebody that lost their heart from being overcome with darkness. Back to why Sora being a keyblade wielder will change is life and the reason for that is that now Sora and his new friends Donald and Goofy are responsible to save the hearts of different worlds from the heartless. So Sora travels to many Disney favorite films like Mulan and The Night Before Christmas and saves them while making friends at the same time. In the final stages of the game Sora finds Kairi on the floor in a lifeless state. this is where Sora finds Riku but he has been taken over by Ansum who wants to control the darkness and Kingdom Hearts. Sora finds that part of Kairi's heart is in him and the in a heroic action to save her he stabs himself to free her and the other princesses. This ultimately led to him succumbing into darkness becoming a heartless. Kairi finds Sora in Heartless form turning him back into a human since her hearts is pure. Now that Sora is back to normal he goes to fight Ansem for one final time which led to Ansem dying when he opens Kingdom heart to see it is light and not darkness. Riku and Sora realize they must close the door to Kingdom Hearts since it would release heartless to other worlds because it is connected to the realm of darkness. IN closing it the two friends would be separated making it a emotional ending to the game.

That is why I love Kingdom Hearts it has the fun and bubbly times of a Disney film but it can be dark and emotional making the perfect balance of light and dark in the world. it does what most games try to do and that is make the player emotionally connected to the character. Kingdom Hearts captivates that goal with a thrilling story, great soundtrack, and beautiful art design. All those reason are why Kingdom Hearts should be on ever gamer's got to play list.
