What is Beauty?
People say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder
But some girls don't get that until they're older
And I think it's a shame, I mean every lady's a star
Whatever happened to girls being who they are?
It's not about big prime features
Cause in my book we are all beautiful creatures
Don't use make up to cover up what's inside
Remember our brains and our hearts are our guides
It's the Era of change, this is our time
Come on girls, stand up we are in our prime
Say it loud
We are confident and proud
Just because I love reading books
Doesn't mean I don't focus on my looks
Society please stop labeling me
So what if my body isn't bodacious
My rhymes are so sick
They're kind of contagious
We were made to do something great
So ladies remember this before it's too late
Always be who you are
That's how you shine bright like a star

In today's society, girls are supposed to look and act a certain way in order to fit some one else's opinion or criteria. And that's not fair to us girls. We decide who we get to be not anybody else.
