I help you run
while I crawl
I guess not everyone
can be ahead
some have to struggle behind
it’s not fair
if everyone has to walk
because I know you want to go
race like a tornado
do you even realize
that I could never catch up
but if it makes you happy
I’ll drown
and the last thing I’ll feel
is the breeze you left behind
just for me
