When you sleep, you move.
Remind me of moths
Wings fluttering like the sound of new sheets
that I got when I heard your heart was still beating
in this godforsaken town.
Sweetness. Engine of breath.
I don't want to touch you for fear that
you might leave.
When I wake please be here,
Fitful with fever dreams.
