Burning in Black
I still remember that night.
The night where fire danced as if it were a ballerina.
The smoke flew around like a hawk, until it finally spotted it's prey.
I remember the sirens, and the flashing red lights.
I remember the black, and the feeling that I was burning.
I remember the hospital bed, surrounded by my family.
Why can't I remember what our family was like before?
