An Isolated Mind

An isolated mind
I live in utter isolation
And think in deep concentration
And do my best to find
What lies in the confines of my mind
All that's in there is sorrow,danger, and cries
And a chain of empty lies
I always wonder if there are others the same
Who hide there feelings in utter shame
My eyes are always dry
I no longer have the ability to cry
When I lie awake in bed
Empty thoughts race through my head
Every thing moves in slow motion
I live in utter isolation
