A Silent Struggle.
I hold a secret deep within
All I want is to be thin
My flesh is thicker in my mind
All of my emotions have unwind
You see me laugh, you see me smile
But my sadness has lived for quite a while
The demons haunt me in my soul
In my eyes I'm as thick as whool
Just lose weight, you're not skinny enough
I lie and pretend just to seem tough
Behind closed doors, I break down
In my heart, a permanent frown
Look in my eyes, and see how obvious it is
You can taste it in my kiss.
