How to Deal With a Breakup
Hey there ladies. We all know that going through a breakup is nasty at best. Sometimes it's better than you might imagine. But, all in all, you still need a way to deal with it, per se. Here are a few ersonal tips to help. Of course, these aren't the only ways to handle it, and they won't work for everyone.
1. Listen to a long list of sad music. It will help you cry, and crying helps.
2. Crying. Ahem, see above.
3. Avoid eating your pain out. I know it's tempting, but this is from my personal experience with pain of all different types.
4. Avoid talking to your ex for a bit. Doesn't have to be long, just enough to calm the anger or sadness.
5. Talk to people about it. Trust me, at least tell someone something. It will help trmendously.
