It is a game that allows you to do almost anything that you want. When you load in your new world, you don’t have to have a plan. You’ll be able to be creative and let your imagination free. It’s addictive to the point where you won’t realize how long you’ve been playing, and eventually, you won’t be able to stop. 

Minecraft is an open world, action-adventure, sandbox game. The world you load into will be made completely out of blocks. It will look unlike any other game you’ve played before. You are able to explore the world with few limitations. You are able to build whatever you want with slight obstacles. There is no actual end to the game but achievements are put in place such as killing every hostile monster, and discovering every biome that can be completed at the player’s own pace. But the main objective of Minecraft for most players is to be able to take down the “final boss” of Minecraft, the ender dragon. Even after that, there is no official end to this game.

Minecraft is a game that can be played on many different devices. It is available on mobile, PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo, and more. The price varies from being free to being around $30 USD before tax. What you play with really just depends on what platform you’re on. For example, on PC you would play with mouse and keyboard, and on PS4 or Xbox, you should play with a controller. You can roam around, collect materials, fight monsters, and the possibilities are nearly endless. There is no official tutorial for newer players but, much of the mechanics can be learned by playing the game. It is also possible to find guides on the internet if needed.

The soundtrack that plays in the background is very peaceful. Even if you’re mad at life, it will be able to relax you. There are over 20 different soundtracks of the game. Most of the sounds are made to calm you down, but I play with the sound off, most of the time. But, when you enter deep into a cave, the noise does scare some players who have never heard it before. I was caught off guard when I first encountered it and I immediately closed out of the game. Each mob has a different sound when you encounter them and they are each unique. The sound in this game is not meant to scare anyone. It is meant to keep you calm. 

It is also possible to play with other people. You start off with either one of the two starter skins named Alex and Steve. But you are able to upload your own skins to help make the game more diverse. You are able to join multiplayer servers where you can fight other players in PVP matches or build creations. With the release of Minecraft: Bedrock, it is now possible to play with your friends across different platforms. Before the Bedrock version, you could only play with other players that were on the same platform as you. If you do decide to purchase Minecraft: Realms, you can create a world where your friends can join and play along with you in the same place. Minecraft multiplayer is fun for people who like to play with others and just don’t feel like playing by themselves.

In Minecraft, everything that you can put down is blocky in some way. This game is one that is completely made out of blocks. So don’t expect too much from how it looks when you decide to play this game. I play Minecraft with a pretty decent laptop. It contains an 8th generation i7 intel core and an NVIDIA GeForce MX 150 graphics card. It runs Minecraft very well with nearly any lag unless you’re blowing up a lot of things. With modifiers, you are able to make Minecraft look realistic, even though it doesn’t really work well. 

Overall, this game is fantastic and is definitely worth your time and money, even though it is slightly expensive for some people. You can express your thoughts into the game and use your imagination. It is fit for many types of players even if you’re an aggressive person who likes to kill everything in your sight. This game will be fun for you If you’re a peaceful person and you don’t like having to face monsters and you just want to build a nice home, Minecraft will still be for you. So no matter what type of player you are, you’ll still be able to enjoy Minecraft to its fullest.
