Heaven is for Real

Heaven is for Real is a heart-warming book for all readers. Todd Burpo, the author, did a very good job writing for all readers, slow and fast. This is a true story. There is also a movie for this story but the book is more action-packed and more detail. Is book is about Colton Burpo astounding story to Heaven and back while having surgery for his ruptured appendix.

This is a very well written story with great detail and easy to keep up with. The pace was never to slow or to fast for me, an 8th grader. This twist or most exciting part, in my opinion, was near the middle. Even though the climax was near the beginning, that didn't mean the rest of the book was boring. The whole book was action-packed and always had me not wanting to put this book down. Heaven is for Real  is very believable and a great book.

I, a Christian, can relate to this book 100%. Colton tell his parents events that happened to him while he was in Heaven that he couldn't never thought of or seen if he wasn't there. He said he saw relatives that he never meet or saw in person. Also the events he told about came straight out of the bible. He told bible verses that he hadn't learned yet. This book comes to a wonderful end and makes any reader feel good.

In my opinion, the age this book is trying to target is anywhere from 10 to 99 years old. This book could target younger kids but I don't think kids that are under the age of 10 could read this big of a book. I think that this book is so well written that anyone that is capable of reading this big of a book should have no problem keeping up with this  book. This book is also targeting Christians. I don't think a non-Christian would enjoy this book very much. I think they wouldn't believe the stuff that happens in this book and that is completely fine. I think this book could get anyone feeling good.

My opinion of this book is pretty clear. This book is very well written. This book is also easy to follow along as this action-packed book follows Colton as he tells his tremendous story of how he went to Heaven and back while having surgery for his ruptured appendix. I loved this book. "Jesus told me that he dies on the cross so we could see his dad."
