Introduction
It was the 74th Hunger Games in the Nation of Panem in District 12. Two children from ages 12-18 will be drawn from each district. Primrose Everdeen had just been chosen as tribute in the “Reaping”. Katniss could not bear the sight of her sister being placed in a battle to the death. Along with Peeta Mellark, Katniss will be placed in the games. Will Katniss come out alive?

Katniss and Peeta trained at the Capitol, working as hard as they could, preparing for the Hunger Games.

During practicing for the Hunger Games, Katniss began to develop feelings for the boy named Peeta.

Katniss fears she will not be able to kill Peeta in the games.

Katniss makes it through the games with her bow and arrow, little food, and Peeta.
Evaluation
It was a very interesting book. It was very exciting, and made you wonder what was going to happen next.

Suprisingly it has a happy ending, for both Peeta and Katniss.
Your final review
It is one of my favorite books. But, it is not very interesting until about half way into the book. Although, once you get to about the middle of the book, you can’t put it down.
