Stretching smiles and glinting eyes
Offer no comfort to a certain sort,
Especially those not in the court.
The amount of jokes he does devise,
Make no dent in the multitude of lies.
“I am simply traveling on a trip so short,”
But soon he returns, tooting the mort,
And griping about encountering flies.

Jester does not hunt, least not animals.
He spends his days laughing and joking, it seems.
After dark, he stumbles through brawl after brawl,
And not long after, he coaxes out screams.
You see, Jester wears a hat with jingle balls,
And often uses it to silence his enemies!
