Thousands of Waves
These voices, like thousands of waves crashing
Everyone talks but nobody listens.
It seems like time is moving so fast and,
so many lies, the truth comes up missing.
How can an empty room be way too loud?
A mystery why there cant be silence.
I'm in a field but feel stuck in a crowd.
Words so pure, their potential is violence.
Then the world stops and there's a pause in time.
For blurred my vision and all my senses.
The air is clear, question enter my mind.
Why did the waves make me feel defenseless.
But now i can lay to rest in my bed,
knowing no more voices are in my head.
