Secret Life of Daydreams

Does daydreaming take you away from here
To fantasy lands of magic and fun
Away from the stress and all of the fear
To fields of flowers and into the sun?
Does it take you to a place
Where dragons fly all around in the sky
And knights ride off on a chivalrous chase
To save a fair maiden with out a sigh?
Or does it just rest your tired mind
From the cold and the cruel reality
Created by the horrendous mankind?
Is daydreaming just a way to dismiss
All of the monstrosities that exsist?

Oh my, this is beautiful. It's cool that such a simple concept can be so deep and thoughtful. Nice work on the Sonnet part, there were no form mistakes. In most sonnets here there are.
