So Young
Chorus
She was so young and she was so shy and she was once so innocent
But when they were done once they’d made her cry she found the world was different
Verses
She’d imagined a world where dreams came true
A world where everyone knew just what to do
She’d imagined a world like a fairytale
Where she was safe from every stormy gale
She found a world both hard and cruel
Without reward though you worked like a mule
Lost and drowning in a wild sea
Trapped without a hero to set her free
She’d need to fight to make her way
Or let them crush her soul day by day
She couldn’t help those she saw in the street
Due to a forbidding evile fleet
Sad to see one so clever and deft
Wondering if there was yet hope left
Can she yet be healed
Or is the damage already sealed
