I Can't See The Sun, Because The Stars Are In My Eyes
Do I, echo some kind of
Forsaken truth?
Have I been a part of your
Elaborate ruse?
Where it's been, how it's seen
Can you find some peace of mind
On your way to someone new?
I give answers to the
Questions never asked
I drill holes in the identities of
Those who hide behind a mask
Drifting on, on and on
Can you find me standing at the cliff
Reflecting when I've gone?
I still carry you with me
As these words pour out like,
Ink spilled on to the page
And if I can still save you
From the dark that lights my heart
Wouldn't it surprise you to know
I guess it's so, your still the proud lover
Entangling me in your twisted love
You left me once
Don't you leave me twice
