Sappy
The Day I died
You held me tight;
shielding me away from the night.
Your arms were around me,
even if they didn't have to be.
And I was happy,
even if it was a little bit sappy.
The Day I died
You looked into my eyes;
and swore they glistened like the night sky.
Then I blushed and looked away,
when you said you'd be with me each and every day.
But I knew you were right;
Because I could feel it to, our hearts bounded
together so tight.
For The Day I died
I found my love,
And rose to heaven, Up above.
