Accepting loss at a young age
The photographs depict happiness at the time and it was true
We were happy , but I am choosing to speak for myself
I was happy and she was lost
That is okay
It only teaches me to accept and move on
That it was a fling and never really mattered
It only makes me mad that I devoted my time to you at such a young age
That I cared so greatly about you because my naive subconscious would not tell me to back off
That nothing clicked and told me that you were not important
But this only teaches me to be better
This only allows me to be inspired about myself and focus on my life
This shows me that the only thing that I am devoted to is myself
