Every Time I even think of you, all those bad memories just fade away, 'cause your smile's enough, you're enough...

Once when I was little

My dad told me to dream aloud

To sing of lands far away

and stand apart from the crowd

Once when I was little,

My mom sang to me at night

She sang those songs that inspired me

and gave my big heart flight

Now that i am older

My dad tells me to forget my voice

to get some job that is realistic

because in life there is no choice

Now that i am older

My Mother sings to me in daylight

Her voice is soothing like summer rain

And though my dad still hates my guts,

I know it with be okay.

Cause with this voice I will make a change.

With this Voice it will be alright.
