The Beaver MAG
The moist tree cried as he gnawed on its only leg.
Only one more brick until his years of work summed up.
He wanted to grow old on his recliner chair
and a box of bark jerky.
Croaking as the twiggy tree falls in front of him.
Dead and dense.
The perfect qualities for building his dream home.
His teeth sounded like a woodpecker as he trimmed the tree.
Dragging the flimsy branch to the building site.
At last, the beaver completed his stick house.
