Short Lived Eternity
Trembling
Whimpering
Trupping in nothing but fear
She clings onto my bag
As I lead her through the halls
Her calm breathing and mumbles
Turn into desperate gasps for air
I grab her ink covered hand
And lock our fingers so she knows I'm here
As we reach the Commons
She stumbles
Her friends rush to her
I help her up and lead her through the crowd that has gathered
As we walk through the doorway
The counselor is already questionin her
I lead her to a seat
I ask for a pass
I leave as fast as it started
