Love and Death
His eyes as blue as the sky
Hair brown like the earth
His smile makes her heart flutter
Making her feel some worth
She looks at him sadly
Frowning in dismay
He looks at her and their eyes meet
And quickly, she looks away
She gathers up her courage
To say a simple 'Hey There'
She sees him with another
As he runs his fingers through her hair
Her heart breaks in two
As she sees their lips meet
She looks away, covering her face
As the tears roll down her cheeks
The next day everyone is talking
About the news that they read
Headlines in red bold
'Young Teenage Girl, Found Dead.'
