Abyss
Falling deep into the abyss of your eyes,
dark souls touching
but be careful fore you might just wake
the light that was thought to have died.
Falling down the drain
turning to pills,
Help.
I needed help,
but no I just kept falling.
Two dark souls touching
creating one light.
Picking up yourself
while pushing me down
deep into the shadows of your mind.
Forgetting me.
Drowning out my cries with another pill.
Here.
I am here.
I have not gone.
I have not fallen so far
as to forget our light.
In our darkness we lit the way out,
In my darkness I will climb out.
I am not falling.
I am rising from the ashes of my soul.
Alone.
Strong.
New.
