Posioned
Drops of poisoned rain fall from above
just like your words fall from your tongue
your venom seeps through my skin
and like a disease spreads from end to end
there is no sense of holding back
the words you say are knives to my back
your drown me in a pool of hate
and hold my head down so i can not escape
I gage and choke and my lungs yearn for air
but you just sit back and laugh without a care
This goes out to everyone (including me)… Have you ever thought about the words you say? How painful they can be. I think we all fall victim of this, and can all can be very hurtful at times. Long lecture short, think before you say.
