can you hear the words I cannot get out?

words that get stuck

words that are scared to come out

words I do not want to come out

can you feel me?

can you feel my trembling bones?

my shaking heart?

can you see me falling?

with still know one to catch me

can you reach me?

can you reach me through the darkness I baracade myself with?

can you break down the walls I have built?

the walls no one knows are there

hear my wimpers that I can barley get to come out

hear the words that I am scared to say

words that I am afraid to hide

feel me quivering

feel me breaking down

feel me slowly turning into dust

I need you to see me

see me making myself fall

so some one will catch me
