Feelings
My heart feels heavy,
Pumping a thousand ounces of
Helpless love
Throughout my body
In a stream of
Thick
Blood.
My legs feel wobbly,
Carrying a love struck girl
About to burst at the sight of you.
My fingers feel numb,
Squeezing the sharp end of my
Tattered,
Battered,
Torn
Binder for far too long against my chest
With my eyes drawn low to the ground
And my pulse through the roof as you pass by me
In the chaotic stampede of classmates.
My eyes feel watery,
Watching your ridiculous grin and your unusual laugh
As you talk to another girl.
My brain feels tired,
Thinking of you.
My hands feel lonely,
Wishing for your hands to hold them
In a passionate grip.
My mouth feels nothing,
Lacking the sweetness of your lips on mine.
