You hurt me so bad that now
I understand just how
You got to be the way that you are
What you did left a scar
A scar that now makes me act
Just like you and that’s a fact
Your words that sliced my heart
I'm using to pull others apart
I cant let anyone in
For fear they’ll get under my skin
You broke me and then you left
And to love I’ll stay deaf
