What do Tornados Think?
Why do people run from me?
I have often asked myself,
Could it be my funnel shape?
Or perhaps it is my height?
Every time I come to town and
Start to kick up the red soil they run.
Why just last year I came to,
Moore and the people ran and hid from me.
I, not knowing my own strength,
Knocked on several doors,
And destroyed the houses.
Is that why they run?
Is that why they fear me?
After seeing what I had done,
I feared me as well and then in ran,
As I ran I caused more fear,
As I caused things to fly through the air.
I became a child throwing a wild temper tantrum
That is why they ran.
That is why they fear me.
But who would ever care what I think?
Written off as a crazy wind,
And the cycle Continues.
They run from me.
They hide from me.
They fear me.
