My Grandfather
He was my biggest fan, my biggest supporter. Even when it was hot out and sitting through the
games felt like pure torture. Right next to my parents he sat, watching, cheering. He was not only my biggest fan, but the man I looked to for guidance. No matter the situation, he always gives the best advice. I can turn to him for anything. As the days passed, he got older. As he got older, the disease he acquired got worse by the day. He found himself in the hospital, which was where he spent his final days. I sat next to him, his hand in mine, wishing I could thank him for everything he’s done for me. Heaven gained a new angel, and I am blessed that he watches over me.
