Speak Up
People have a choice
To avert their eyes, or use their voice
To stand up for the voiceless.
People have a choice
But find it hard to make the right one
In ignorance we rejoice.
Listen up
Open your ears
The suffering is still going on
Syria, Dafur
Will we wait till the people are all gone?
Will we stand up and fight,
Speak, offer peace, or hope that things get bright?
We can't always solve everything, its not all in our hands
But at least we can try.
