From the beginning to the end.
At first, walking through the doors came as a fright to people.
Not knowing who's in your class
not knowing your new teachers
not knowing who's in your lunch period
and not knowing who you are going to six next to at lunch.
After a couple weeks, the first day jitters stopped and you started making new friends/
You knew where to sit and who to talk to.
Day after day went by,
hoping the year would end
slowly waiting, but it all happened so fast
hoping that your new friends will be your friends next year,
or what are you going do the rest of the summer.
Are you going to become a new person?
or stay the same person you were last year
