in my dreams I saw you once
I swear it was your face
your sad eyes plagued my mind
your sorrow ached my soul
I asked why you were so sad
and you said you didn't know
and then you said it was your parents
your friends
your peers
even the randoms on the street
judging
calling
waiting
judging
unwilling to acknowledge you as you
and I wondered where I saw your face before
twas not in a dream
I realized I sat and judged you once too
