How easy it is to forget,
The pain her body suffers.

How easy it is to forget,
The wrinkles that show her age.

How easy it is to forget,
The little bit of time I have left with her.

How impossible it is to forget,
The love she has for me.

I like it short nd touches my heart. It reflects how I feel about my mother.

It Can Only Fly When It Needs To.

The repetition of "how easy it is to forget" captures the idea, but then your last two lines it does not repeat the lines before  makes your poem hold more impact.

In just a few sentences one can capture so much emotion and much truth. You did that with this poem. Wonderful work on mothers. I'm sure they would all apprecite it.
