"Some women choose to follow men, and some women choose to follow their dreams. If you're wondering which way to go, remember that your career will never wake up and tell you that it doesn't love you anymore."
— Lady Gaga

a politicians keen eye and
an over exhausted face fighting always fighting
you're battling a long war that's just begun
passionate speaking of your cause
enthusiasm infectious
a true stance of an experniced campaigner always focused solely
determined in achieving
sees to challenges as goals; fearless to obstacles in your lane
for the people, from the people
we take care of our own and work hard
I see you, in the suit of the successful
hands of a worker
long days lie ahead waiting to be fought
handshake of a man, posture of a boy
you have a long way to go
but its a battle worth the long determined fight
i hear the nights without sleep
homeless rustling the streets
rich getting rich, shielding their eyes from us all
women treated as the smaller half
racial discrimination has never quite died
keep remembering those who need the fight
pay tribute to those unwilling to fight
don't let go of any minority
straight back, taut mouth
the unwise never watch, always cover up with words
We need action enough talk!
politician's clever lies
don't fall in their tempting path
be true be proud
we're counting , always counting
on someone to stop the bitter war
politicians' promises are illegitimate
do not follow in their false footsteps
their past voices speak of nothing
be true
stay red, white and blue
listen for our voices depending
on a voice of aid
do not linger do not stir
voices of persuasion have their ways
please do be careful on this truly deceptive path many take
the many are corrupted
liberal heart
conservative voice
independent mind
be aware of the politician's promise
never know where it leads
stay alive on this hostile path
be independent of mind
