You wait,
wondering what
will come of today.
Mind wanders from
your body,
exploring the streets
of Paris alone.
It's whole form
shunned thousands
of feet in the air.
No one can bother
the mind
because the mind
is free.
Free to see and
imagine lifethe
way it wants life to be.
But the mind knows
soon it will have to
climb those thousands
of feet to the body
that sees, feels, and
lives in reality.
Optimistic mind,
now back in its
pesimistic body.
But soon,
the mind will
retreat again
free once more.
