"We all have ability. The difference is how we use it." -Stevie Wonder

She looks at me
And I know too well,
She's disappointed and
Blames herself.

She comes home to
Yelling, hatred and pain.
She's too tired to eat,
But she finds the strength to pray.

It's not her fault.
She knows too well.
She insists she should do better,
Still she blames herself.

She tries to fix the broken,
To make her family work out.
But it's collapsing on itself,
And she'll take the most hurt.

Everything will work out, mama, you'll see.
Everything will be alright.
She knows it's just
One more coming fight.

I try to show her, it's not as bad as it seems.
Don't worry, mama, we'll be just fine.
It's not her fault, but
She just gives me that weakened smile.
