Bottle of Tears
Catch every one of my tears, and save them in a bottle for a sunny day.
That way, you can let my tears flow.
And they can remind you, of me, in every way.
Let them stream down your cheeks, like they did mine.
And think to yourself, that these are the tears I cried.
I think my tears themselves, will suffice,
But if you must, shed some of your own.
Remember me, when I'm far and gone,
And share some tears with me.
Many of them, caused by you,
Encourage, prompt, some of your own.
Your actions led to your tears,
And now you feel the way I do.
When you let flow, My bottle of tears.
