Blessings pour out when I curse You,
Gifts are given to me even when I give you vapor,
A path is laid even as I try and pave my own,
Love embraces me even as I push You away,
Loyalty holds me even as I betray You,
When I blasphemy You, You give me mercy,
As I carve idols, You mold me into Your Son`s image,
When I try and save myself, You reach down and lift me up,
While I stumble in darkness, You put the light in me,
I was lost, but You found me,
Upright in arrogance my feet were, but You set me down on my knees,
Caught in captivation by sin, set free by Your salvation,
A foreigner in the world, a citizen in heaven.
