Routine
I’m as anxious as I could be,
For no reason that I can see.
There’s no one here but me and Shai,
No one to drown me into a lie,
Just my best friend and me.
What am I so paranoid for?
It’s not even fun anymore.
No other people really do this.
An ungodly curse they all miss.
They don’t understand anymore.
And I am left here to worry,
And I am left here to rush & hurry!
Left here to tremble,
Left here to let my mind dissemble,
Here to think of my fears,
Here to feel a tragedy near,
To hurry with no place to go,
To hide from my foes,
To smother myself in tears.
