Rain wipes away the sorrow and dread;
cleans off the blemishes from the face of the day;
Washes off all the fear and doubt like a kid licks his fingers clean;
time for a new beginning;
let the new day's light shine.

The author's comments:
I wrote this because some many people don't like the rain, and I love the rain. I wanted to show people that rain isn't as bad as they think. The rain can actually be cleansing.

thanks but i was kinda going for the run on, not a complete thought untill the end thing though. but ill keep that in mind =)

This is excellent!  My only criticism would be that you should consistently capitalize your words or put in periods when a 'sentence' ends.  Other than that, excellent work! :)

haha well rain is the best kinda weather, i love summer rain storms! expectaly with my gf those are the best nights ever

There are so many songs relating to rain and it's healing powers, and this just sums that right up. Nice job!

Umm . sweetie great strong beginning it would be even better if you completed it . I understand poems take a long time but time is a beautiful thing . Please finish it . I love where its going . <3
