To See
A tear courses down her cheek as she reminisces. She is in her hiding place believing that no one knows, she lets her guard down. But I know. I've watched her change. People that just look and do not see would be ignorant to the pain only visible in her eyes. For she does not show others anything but a smile. However, I see, not look. When she slips away from the crowd, I follow her. But she does not know that another shares her secret so the tear still courses slowly down her cheek.
