Dying , Living, Surviving, Changing
They are all the same thing in life.
Living is precious, sacred and fragile
Dying is scary, terrifying and inevitable
Only difference is if you can survive the hardship


I try to live,
To survive
Yet everything I do ends up in just plain disaster
Why?

My enemies call me a demon.
My friends call me perfect.
What’s the difference?
They all mean the same thing.
In the end it is just a label.

I got inside a car to turn on.
I wanted to see how it worked….
It went backwards.
I was able to stop it…
Yet I forgot to move the stick.
I stepped on the gas pedal instead…
It went zooming forward and I crashed into the wall.

They say curiosity kills the cat…
I survived
Why?
Was it my Dad?
A ghost?
An angel?

Does it really matter?

I hurt the people I love.
I can’t do anything right.
Why does growing-up seem so hard?

I try to survive the hardships
And live my life
Yet the changes are so hard

Would it be easier to leave this world instead?

No it wouldn’t.
Some people think this way
I’m telling you
If it is true for you

Remember this.
If you take your life away
It is the same as running away

You also…
Take my heart away
Take your family’s heart
And your friends’ heart

With all these changes in this world
By surviving them, you are conquering them.
By living them, you’re enjoying them.
Yet when you die at your time,
You will have no regrets.

So please don’t think this way.

I may not know you
But I do care for you
