What are we striving for?
Beneath the tears
behind the highlighters,
post it pens and review books
If God did not create me
to be labeled by a review book, then
why must his world judge me based on one?
When you see yourself on top of that volatile position
of wanting
and hating
because you want
Of loving every imperfections of
yourself
but having the guts to risk it all
Sentiments are wasted
Paradoxes thrive
when you are caught between the rat race
and humanity
