Freeze, your heart almost stops
as you hear the creaky turn
of that cop's old engine.
Your thoughts race.
Should I run or plead my case?
What about your friends,
would they follow or stay?
It's too risky, you must remain.
Is only I had a shot of whiskey
to ease the nerves and just maybe
find a good lie to serve.
It didn't work,
so now you must learn that
so called fun can come at a price.
Go ahead, roll the dice.
