Three Words

I love you.
Those three words
Always seem to slip out of my mouth.
But when I tell you,
It never does.
I do not say it out of habit,
Or because I am bored.
I tell you,
Because I want you to know,
That you mean everything to me.
You never slip my mind.
And every time I tell you,
I always think about you,
And tend to love you a little bit more.
