Time and time again
you have called yourself this:
Demon, you say, demon.
And I laugh at such obscurity
I laugh at such a title.
For, as my memory recalls, I bent my halo and cast it down,
tore my white-stained dress upon the ground,
but left my wings to fly with you
underneath Earth' crust.
You call yourself a demon,
you call yourself--what in heaven's
name does that make me?
Fallen Angel, fallen angel,
