She is skinny
She is beautiful
Tall
Elegant
But when she stares
into that frightful thing
it reflects a worse image
round
this is too big,
too awkward
the perception:
Distorted
it causes for measures
to fix this...horror
run till breath
no longer knows her lungs
carefully choosing
the energy to apply
to force down her throat
barely staying alive

this really describes the reality of the situation...its so scary but the way you worded this poem is perfect...
