"I cannot give you the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure--which is:
Try to please everybody."
-Herbert Bayard Swope

I am who I am
I want to see things my way
Not yours

So go ahead and judge me
And see if I care
I'll stand proudly
Knowing you can't ensnare
My true perspective and individuality
And replace it with yours

I know it's wrong when I see them do the things they do
For them, sheer ignorance is bliss
It's a true disgrace to the race
Of America, the supposed land of the free
And home of the brave

The words, "all men are created equal" are a joke to me
They smell and taste like plastic

This poem was written from my heart and shows my true feeling about discrimination.
Be who you are and nobody else.
