Favorite Quote:
A coward is incapable of exhibiting love; it is the prerogative of the brave.
By Gandhi.

Lightning rumbles
On the peaks of dawn
Where I sit
And observe
From the sunlight twilight

I gasp
Then take off running
Preparing myself to write
The greatest work
Of my life

Harnassing the power
Of the ancient gods
I scream
In defiance

This work
Is for you
You who
Has been admired from ten thousand lives
Whos face could launch
Ten thousand ships
Or so they say
One who could make meteors fall
And minds tremble
Such is the agony of love
Whose power
Overwhelmed every king
Ruler
Monarch
God

The power more destructive then time
More patient then angels
More beautiful then moons
More terrorizing then all the demons of hell

I sit down
Pick up this pen
And write

The author's comments:
I sit down to write this bathed literally in the light of a blue moon. This poem reflects reality in a very twisted way. I do hope you get something out of it like I did when I wrote it.
