Dancing in the pain of loneliness
Her heart so torn
And worn
And bruised
From years
Of prolong abuse
3 simple words
Over used
And worn out
Spoken in a hush
Of exaggerate lust
Caught in the act
With you back
Against the wall
And with each letter
They spoke
‘I love you
And her heart would fall
And her eyes would tear up
Because who else knew better
But her
The pain
Of loneliness
The heartbreak
The 3 simple words bring
Like a lovers curse
Forever
A life of loneliness
